Fat in our foods is what gives us that satisfied feeling. You do not want much fat intake.
Stick with good fats like olive oil and keep away from saturated or trans fats.
Portion size is critical. The rule to recollect is, if you have roughly three oz. Then eat only 3oz of that carb.
