How To Lose 5% Body Weight In Six Weeks
If the thought of losing 5% of your body weight in just 45 days appeals then just imagine how your bathroom scales will read when you continue with the trend.
Weight loss is not necessarily a scientific equation but it compounds the facts when you bring real hard clinical evidence to the fore.
The Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics published the results of an independent clinical trial in June 2001. The trial involved a number of overweight but otherwise healthy people.
The subjects were split into two groups – one group were given a diet supplement the other given a dummy supplement or placebo. Both groups did not change their lifestyle or alter their regular dietary habits for 45 days.
After 6 weeks had passed the group that were taking the dietary supplement lost on average 11lbs , the group taking the dummy supplement lost an average of just under 1lb.
The subjects that were given the non placebo also experienced an average reduction of waist size of 4.3cm in just over one month.
Further continuation of the control group revealed that weight loss could be sustained for a further 12 months resulting in an average weight loss of 1lbs to 2bs per week. According to the medical fraternity this is considered to be the most healthy rate of weight loss.
The dietary supplement used in the experiment was Zotrim.
Further clinical data a year later in 2002, a separate independant study using a similar control group and conditions revealed that subjects who were using Zotrim regularly, as suggested, had a slower rate of Gastric Emptying and a quicker response to Satiety.
Gastric Emptying is the speed or rate at which food and drink consumed leaves the body. Satiety is the state of feeling full and unable to take on more food.
Subjects using Zotrim were found to reach a feeling of fullness twice as quickly compared to those that were not.
Reducing food consumption both quantity per meal and prolonging the regularity of taking on food can have a dramatic effect on the number of calories consumed per day.
In total Zotrim has been associated with 8 independant clinical trials spanning a decade with each providing a positive outcome. Some highlights include:

So, if the thought of losing 5% of your body weight in just 6 weeks appeals – use Zotrim
